Yes, indeed that is a Caprisi (or Caprese) sandwich - roasted garlic baguettes, EVOO, sweet basil, fresh mozarella made by a lady named Marie who lives a few miles away and plum tomatoes.
Classic. Simple. Yummy.
We sell a TON of them.
